Terms Of Service

You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can join. Please read them carefully. By purchasing a services from this site, you become a Client and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old

Disclaimer of Liability - Beautiful Russian Women Dating Agency, it's owners, and employees, are not liable to the users of its service or to its registered participants for the content, quality, or any other aspect of any information provided by its visitors/clients and transmitted by this service. Nor Beautiful Russian Women Dating Agency responsible to any person for any damages arising in any manner out of the use of this service. The users and participants acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of this service

Indemnification - The user and/or member shall indemnify and hold harmless Beautiful Russian Women Dating Agency, its officers and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs,damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of or participation in this service or the information contained thereon.

Billing description - All charges will discreetly appear as "'Buy-Secure-Access" or " Crescent Moon Enterprises, Inc, a div. of Crescent Moon Ent.Inc." on your credit card statement

Client account - To open an account (become a client), you must complete the registration process

Mail-forwarding account - Mail-forwarding accounts unused for a period of 3 months are subject to a $10 monthly account maintenance fee.

Security - All transactions are secured with 128-bit protection

Client Conduct - You agree not use the services provided by Beautiful Russian Women Agency for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.The service is provided for personal use only. Any commercial use of the service is expressly prohibited

Automatic renewal - Membership fees for Trial, 1 month and 3 month memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected,, unless a written notice is submitted by the Client  to Beautiful Russian Women Agency three (3) days prior to the end of the term. Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, Client hereby authorizes Beautiful Russian Women Agency to charge Client's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Memberships for 3 month are renewed for a like period of time and amount of charge for next 3 month of membership is same as amount paid by the Client at the time of registration. 1 month memberships are renewed for 3 month period at $16.00 rate,  Trial memberships (original term of membership is less than 7 days) are  renewed every month after end of original term of membership at $16.00 per month rate.

Termination/cancellation - Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by Beautiful Russian Women Agency or the client upon notification of the other by electronic mail, or by  fax. When a client requests termination, subscription fees are not refunded. Clients are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Modifications - The Beautiful Russian Women Agency reserves the right to change its terms of service at any time and changes are effective without notice to each client. Beautiful Russian Women Agency will  notify clients about changes only by posting a new version of the terms of service on this web site.
